Overview
CVS Health’s 17 Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) foster community, equity, and belonging across the enterprise. The brand team developed a visual system of heart art and companion logos to represent each group while maintaining alignment with the CVS enterprise brand.
Contribution
Designed the core heart art for five CRGs: MENA, Outliers, Virtual, Mental Well-being, and Green Team through concept development, internal presentations, and iterative refinement with the brand team.
Impact
Established a cohesive visual system used across internal communications and CRG initiatives throughout CVS Health.
