CVS Health has 17 Colleague Resource Groups (CRG’s) that foster community, equity, and belonging across the enterprise. Our brand team was tasked with creating a visual system of hearts to represent each CRG’s unique identity. I developed the core designs for five of the selected CRGs — MENA, Outliers, Virtual, Mental Wellbeing, and Green Team — which are featured here. This was a highly collaborative project involving concept development, internal presentations, and iterative refinements led by the brand design team.
